I cannot thank Jason, Kelly and all at Price and son for their handling of my Husband Pete's funeral yesterday . From the first phone call informing Jason of my loss to saying goodbye at the Cremetorium they were all extremely professional and empathetic and willing to do anything to make the emotional pain slightly better. Jason went above and beyond to give my husband the send off he deserved after battling illness for some time . Thank you x Jayne Bux

Despite a long illness, my partner Pip passed away very suddenly. I cannot praise Jason Price and all the team highly enough for the way they handled his care and his funeral. They showed sensitivity throughout. The day after my partner’s death, I called in with his sister to get information in order to decide on a suitable funeral director. The lady (Kirsty?) immediately put us at ease and treated us with compassion. We knew that we would not need to go elsewhere. Our next meeting was with Jason, who went through everything with us. There was no rush to make decisions. He explained everything fully and was patient in answering our questions and listening to our memories of Pip’s life. He took time to understand what Pip would have wanted, and there was no upselling. He recommended the celebrant, Richard Hewitt. As Richard had taken a family funeral earlier in the year, we gladly accepted. Jason arranged for a set of photographs to be shown on the screen at the crematorium, and advised on the seating arrangements for the ceremony because the combination of key mourners was a little unusual. Jason also arranged for the funeral to be live streamed for those unable to attend, and that video was available for viewing afterwards too. I watched it myself a few days later. The picture and sound quality were excellent, and Jason is currently arranging for me to have a keepsake copy. To conclude, I wholly recommend Price and Sons to anyone who needs to make arrangements at such a difficult time.

There aren’t words to describe the incredible, professional and kind help that Price & Sons has been during the difficult time of our double bereavement, of my late Dad, Gary and Brother, Ryan. The whole experience was new and frankly daunting for our family but after a quick enquiry email with Price & Son, Jason replied promptly with words that our family remember fondly. The entire team, especially Jason & Kelly and the assistance of Richard have been phenomenal in helping us create the best possible send off for my dad and brother. Every step of the way was handled with professionalism with the upmost care and respect for our loved ones from start to finish. Even helping us with our silly requests for items to be on the coffins. I highly reconmend anyone, who sadly has lost loved ones, to let the wonderful folks at Price & Sons to help lay them to rest. Our family is forever grateful for every moment we’ve worked with the team and its something we’ll keep in our memories and hearts. Thank you for helping us during this hard time in our lives. Professionalism and outstanding care.

Jason Price and his team have looked after both of my parents in the last 14 months. There were very caring and professional. They really tried to help with as much as they could, so we had less to organise. Thank you!
